Terms of Service

Last updated: November 1, 2026

These terms govern your use of Voila, a table-ordering service operated by Custom AI LLC ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service you agree to them.

1. The service

Voila lets hospitality businesses publish menus, generate QR codes for tables, receive orders from guests, and manage staff and reporting. Guests can order without an account.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information, keep your password secure, and are responsible for all activity under your account and your staff accounts. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Business customers

3a. Guests

Orders are subject to the venue's own prices and availability. Questions about an order, a refund or an allergy should go to the venue.

4. Subscriptions and payment

Plans, limits and prices are set by Custom AI LLC and may change with notice. Payment is currently arranged directly with us. Your plan is activated, and renewed, when we record your payment. If a paid period ends without renewal, ordering for your venue may be paused until it is renewed. Fees are non-refundable unless required by law or agreed in writing.

5. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service: no unlawful, fraudulent or harmful content; no attempts to access other businesses' data, probe or disrupt the service; no scraping or automated abuse; no uploading malware or infringing material. We may remove content or suspend accounts that breach these terms.

6. Your data

You keep ownership of the content and order data you put into the service. You grant us the limited right to host, process and display it to operate the service for you. How we handle personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Our property

The service, its software, design and branding belong to Custom AI LLC and its licensors. These terms give you a limited, non-exclusive right to use the service; they do not transfer any ownership.

8. Availability

We work to keep the service running but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Plan for outages, for example by keeping a way to take orders manually.

9. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, Custom AI LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost profits or revenue, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

10. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or end access for breach of these terms or non-payment. On termination you may ask us to export or delete your data, subject to the Privacy Policy.

11. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; continued use after an update means you accept it. These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Custom AI LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
